Stainless Steel Investment Casting
As a stainless steel investment casting manufacturer, Waking runs the silica sol lost wax process for parts that need fine detail, stable dimensions and good as-cast surfaces: valve bodies, pump housings, impellers and food or marine hardware. Aluminum Low Pressure & Gravity Casting
For aluminum components, Waking runs both low pressure casting — dense, leak-tight parts such as motor housings — and gravity die casting for cost-effective medium and large components. Tooling, casting, T-slot machining and surface finishing (sand blasting, anodizing, powder coating) are coordinated in one plant, with leak testing available for pressure-containing parts.

CNC Machining of Castings
Castings rarely ship as-cast. Our precision casting factory finishes them on 400+ CNC machines — milling, turning, drilling, tapping — using casting-specific fixtures and datum strategies so machined surfaces, threads and assembly faces hit drawing tolerances. Key dimensions are verified on CMM, with X-ray, hardness and metallurgical testing available in our inspection lab.
